Yesterday was patch Tuesday for Microsoft, the 2nd Tuesday of every month. They patched 69 vulnerabilities covering the operating system and Office applications. Six are tagged as critical, and 62 as moderate in severity. Good news, there are none known to be actively exploited.
Update as soon as you get a chance, and be sure to reboot.
Rebooting on a daily basis is a good idea because it can improve the overall performance and stability of your device by freeing up memory and resources.
